Return, Exchange And Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • Product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Item has been washed or used.

  • Tags or labels are missing/removed.

  • Product is not in original packaging or is damaged after delivery.

  • Innerwear, clearance sale items, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

  • If your size is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Account > Returns or contact us directly.

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.

  3. Our team will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
