Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unwashed.

Tags must be intact.

Product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Item has been washed or used.

Tags or labels are missing/removed.

Product is not in original packaging or is damaged after delivery.

Innerwear, clearance sale items, or accessories (for hygiene reasons).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Only size exchanges are allowed (subject to availability).

If your size is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
